Victor Sizya is a seasoned Inclusive Education Specialist and a dedicated advocate for the educational rights of children with disabilities in Tanzania. With nine years of experience as a Senior Officer, he possesses a deep understanding of national and regional inclusive education and child-focused policies and frameworks. 

He participated in the development of Tanzania’s National Strategy for Inclusive Education, where he represented members of Non-State Actors and the NGO Sector. He plays a crucial role in developing and implementing inclusive education programs that are vital to realizing the educational rights of every child.

His work plays a vital role in strengthening ECD systems and advancing equitable access to quality early learning and development opportunities for all children.
